general description

Here is a bouquet of danburite crystals. Crystals are mostly well-formed and show a peaked termination. They are of a very pale pink color. The whole sample measures not less than 20 x 19.5 x 23 cm!

This specimen, acquired thanks to support from Total, comes from Aurora mines in Mexico. It is kept in the storage rooms of the collections (i.e., not yet displayed to the public).
